latest purchase - lightweight British tech?

Just picked up this Tech. The handle is VERY light - is this aluminum or something? Just curious.

looks like a aluminum handle Tech from the 60s or 70s. Is he US made?

If you look remove the head and look inside on the blade bed, it should say "Made in England", but yeah, I'd say it's an aluminum handled Tech. Borrowing from mr-razor himself (I love this pic, because I love football, so...):
