Lapping Film Colors?

Okay folks, I bought a variety pack of lapping film. Supposed to be 12, 5, 3, 1 um.
I am fairly color blind, so I had my wife take a look. What she came up with: Lite Green, Green, Purple, and Black.
So, are the colors right, and what is the um of each?

Vid needs to answer this one. I'm forever forgetting and bugging him. Be careful with the green. One of them is the 1u. How many did you get of each? I may be in the market for a pack like this soon.

Just checked an old PM from Vid. Black is 5. Pink/purple is 3 and one of the greens is 1u. If the other green is 12 you should easily be able to feel the difference.

got it from Stink and Stain you might check with him, he advertised 4, 6.5x9, sheets of each for $20. I thought it was not a bad price, but he emailed me back and at the time he only had 2 of each in stock, so he cut the price in half. I figure if I cut them in 3" strips then I've got six of each grit. Should last a good bit.

5 is the Black/Grey
3 is the Purple
1 is the Lite Green

Maybe, but I didn't want to buy a huge amount, since I am just now getting started.

Yes, I did. Because he was short, he even offered a free sheet of each when he gets them back in stock.
He was also recommended by others here.

I'd actually be pleased with just a 1um sheet since I'd like to first see how much better an edge I can get if I go to something finer than the naniwa 8k + crox. I think I'm doing a good job at the moment with what I have, but the razors I got honed from other members and pros here were definitely smoother. I'll upgrade to a coti or 12k naniwa at some point but would prefer to slow down on the expenses for a while...

I grabbed the variety pack from S&S and it came with no issues. All parts accounted for. Took a little over 1.5 weeks to get up here. Where are you located? Maybe we can meet up and I can give you a sheet to play with.

I guess it depends which company? my 12 is yellow, green is 1, pinkish is 3 and black is 5 for me. not sure where the seller got his from, but they feel right to me when I tried my first hone today
