Lamy contact question

I sent a question to Lamy through their lamy.com website but did not receive a response after several weeks. I then sent another message and still no response - it has been the better part of five weeks now waiting for a response to a simple question about part availability.

Does anyone know if Lamy doesn’t normally respond or is their a better way to get in contact with them? Their USA distributed network has not been easy to work with either.

I’ve never tried to contact them but nibs and various other parts can be found pretty cheap on Amazon.

Or, ask the Goulet's if they have the part you need. They have a strong partnership with Lamy.
