I have Musgo Real. I love it. It supposed to be a vetiver/patchouli mix. Can anyone recommend an aftershave with a heavier vetiver scent?

Guerlain Vetiver Aftershave, maybe. There is no patchouli, but I don't know if I would say it is heavy on the vetiver side. It is very nice. Clean and fresh.
One of my favorite AS to compliment a vetiver shaving day is Saint Charles Woods splash. It isn't a "vetive" but the grassy notes are similar to vetiver but just missing that earthy scent.
Carven has a decent one, not as good as the pre reformulation but it is a nice scent.

Etro Vetiver (edt or aftershave) is not cheap, but if you like a harsher, heavier vetiver it's a good one.
Santa Maria Novella Vetiver runs about $55 a bottle, but a lot of guys swear by it.

I quite like Royall Vetiver...
I'm a huge Royal Vetiver fan as well, very fresh and grassy and invigorating. My gut is that the scent of this one is rather heavily altered and is not a true vetiver smell - Similar to what you get with a lot of sandalwood aftershaves and colognes - open to interpretation by the fragrance house.
Shave a buck carries an inexpensive vetiver splash, but I've not tried it yet.
I was going to post Malizia, the cologne/EDT has positive reviews on Basenotes, but it (the EDT) smelt cheap to me.
+1 I don't own this scent, but tried it on at a Sephora (my sister-in-law works there). Great vetiver, struc me too hard at first, but every subsequent smell got more and more appealing. Not overwhelming, but definitely manly.
