Kindle Books on Android

I have a Samsung Android Tablet and have downloaded the Kindle app for books I have purchased thru Amazon. I will be away from Internet service during an upcoming trip. If I have downloaded the books in my Kindle Library to my Samsung Tablet will they be available to read on my tablet without an Internet connection?

They should, yes.
You can test it by putting your Tablet in "airplane mode", and trying to access the library.
