KICKUTH Solingen?

Is this any good? I am really computer illiterate so I have to figure out how to add a picture in here. The instructions were gerbish to me. (or is it Giberish) lol.
Question is, is a Kickuth 4/8 NOS Silversteel any good? Item number 130198443717 on ebay.

Hard to say without the picture, but it's a Solingen blade, so if the edge looks decent - not chipped or wavy - it would probably be worth risking $10 - $15 bucks on.

Yes that's the one. Is that any good? It's a Kickuth. The name sounds kind of cool. You can check out the bigger picture. I wish it was easier to add a picture in here.
