I had the 2008 at one point. It was soft and luxurious, extra stuffed.

I have a few new unused in the cases from 06 and 09 I had tried to sell at one point for the original price + inflation with no takers...I think you did really well there! That orange is my fav!
I have plenty of brushes, maybe 30, "in rotation", and I say I'm not into brushes lol. Many would agree, many would say more than one or two is goofy. What can I say, I like my Simpson's and Rubberset 400 3, 4, and no #!
