Hmm, seems like a trend from Karve.

I have a strong aversion to "pre" sales. Buy what's available, or a similar razor from another company.
 
Hi,
has anyone been able to reach Karve or knows how it is possible?
I made an order and wanted to change some things,
but i wasnt able to get an answer over email since 3 weeks ago
 
Just within the past week, I have mailed Karve twice, sending to the email listed on the Karve web site: [email protected]
Both times, I received a friendly reply from Chris within one hour after I sent my message.
 
On the plus side, the razors are fantastic. I have a set of four of the aluminum CBs in red and black. It's a cool razor design, and every single one of them is perfect.

Blade alignment is spot on and there isnt the faintest hint of 'wave blade' in any of them. These are quality razors that are a pleasure to use.
 
Happened to me also...it was for gifts ( 3 outlanders) .Mine occurred while Chris was on vacation. The wait was hitting one month.
Now on a side note, as stated above. PROS: The quality his very high. Chris inspects everything before it goes out (that is what they told me). Prices are pretty damn good. Design & Tolerances are top notch.
CONS:
Customer connection and customer relationships seem to be horrible .
Appears they practice a made to order process. Which appears to be more than they can handle.
My beef was Karve sent stock to Maggards, WCS, R.E...before my order was fulfilled...
I emailed them and told them to cancel my order.
They emailed back with "Done" And a little "Sorry"....
Bottomline...it is your money and you choice...
I emailed them at less 9 times, nothing.
So my last voice was my money spoke...not for you.
Again..
I would never suggest not to support them.
I just know, I will not...
