Kaiser mustache trainer

I've been trying to find a Kaiser mustache trainer for quite awhile with no luck.
I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a sewing pattern for this device?
I have seen other contemporary models but they are torture devices.
Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
