The ADS come back. I had about a four or five month run here where I have not bought anything at all. Infact i was working soo much, and staying at my parents house, that i was only using two different soaps, and maybe two or three different aftershaves. Then I came back here, and it hit me. Like a ton of bricks!

In the past week i have ordered.

A starter set straight razor, and strop

1 Bottle of spanish Floid
1 Bottle of italian Floid regular
1 bottle of spanish floid blue
And a 1912 gem jr for 7.50

Im not using the brushes or the tabac, those are going into somme starter kits one of wich I am goiing to PIF........

I think that's everything I ordered. I'm totally not sure anymore......

I've managed so far to fight back the demons of the AD's. Considering my limited budget and fairly frugal spending, my aquisitions generally keep within the $10-15 range. That said, I'm not gonna miss out on a great deal when i find one.

I've had the same thing happen to me. Just when you think you have enough shave gear, and won't need any more, the AD's pop back up and you're charging up a storm.

I've found that there's not much you can do about it so just go ahead and get the stuff. You'll always find room for it.

Before hitting that last key that submits your order, ask yourself the following:

1) Do I REALLY need this?

2) Is this a prudent allocation of my resources?

3) Will this make me any happier?

I'm pretty sure the answer to all three will be No.

I'm also pretty sure you're still going to buy the stuff anyway...
