Just So You All Know

Look for the words "pasteurized egg product." Guilt free delight... well, assuming you don't feel any guilt for eating fat and sugar in putty form.
 
Eating an entire log of cookie dough is ok as long as you do it in a locked dark room with only you and your shame... and the remainder booze you started drinking earlier. :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:
 
And when you make sugar cookies, use a fork to lay a checkerboard pattern into them before cooking (assuming any dough actually makes it into the oven).


My favorite... Chocolate Crinkles from the old Betty Crocker book.

Chocolate chip cookie dough, one teaspoon at a time, no one's gonna miss just one teaspoon... or two... or
 
I also think licking raw brownie batter is better then the baked ones.
Ahhhh now that is where I'm at, but as the cook/ chef and most definitely the baker of the house I try most everything, with the exception of raw meat out before I cook it. I have made cookies with the pasteurized egg with the intent of just eating them and using it in another dessert without cooking it. Mmmmmm going to have to do that again soon.

If you are adverse to eating raw meat you are missing out... beef tartare is a true french delicacy. =)
