Just saw a Gillette Mach3 commercial. Did I time travel?

The Sensor was what I first started shaving with, and I can remember the commercials like they were yesterday.
 
The theory posed in another thread in this forum about the same commercial is that Fusion sales are stuck regardless of how much advertising money is thrown at them. Just a sign of how customers in a tough economy are reacting to the outrageous prices (and profit margins) for Fusions.

That said, a Kroger nearby is clearing out their house brand of cartridges for the Sensor made by Personna for $2.39 a 5-pack. Since the summer of gentlemanly restraint is over and I had an old Sensor handle lying around, I couldn't resist, for the sake of science and experimentation.
