Just bought a chubby 2 2band YES (thanks Loric) this is good day folks, I've wanted this brush for a while. I hope it meets my expectations, nothing I have comes close to this calaber brush. It's going to be a long couple of days

I own one, and it's sensational good. The batch of 2-band hairs Simpson has right now is outstadning high quality - soft tips, nice backbone, little bloom

Thanks, I wonder what soap should I use on that important first shave? Mikes orange, Klar, I'm not sure?
Ironically they are the last two soaps I purchased (along with a boat load of TFS). Both are really nice, but I vote Klar. The Chubby loads Mikes better than most of my other brushes ever did, but I'm having more fun with the German stuff for the moment.

I'm using the Klar more and more also, mikes is good soap, very nice but it tends to dry out my skin a little but the Klar is outstanding soap for me
Really? Mikes dries your skin?!?! It almost has as much moisturizing as it has soap. It just takes some work for me to get loaded and lathered. Klar on the other hand lathers really easily, that stuff is really nice to use.

I think it's just very water hungry and I have a tendency to set up on the dry side but it's very slick and has plenty of cushin, next shave I'll keep hitting it with water
