Just ordered Simpson PJ2... Finally

Well, it's been a while since I've posted on B&B... Two years +. But I still come back to read the posts, reviews, and always have that desire for more.

So while my daily rig still consists of the Merkur Futur with a Derby blade, I've been switching up my Chubby 2 super, Kent 4, and Vulfix (forget the size) super (or whatever they call their top line badger)... Today I ordered the Simpsons Persian Jar 2 in super, after years of no purchasing... Thought it was time to add to my collection (which also has the Simpsons Major travel, Wee Scot, a B&B from a couple years ago, and a huge Shavemac).

I'll post (yet another) review and/or my own personal observations when I receive and use it. I was just excited so I thought I'd post my purchase!

Anyone who chose the PJ2 over the PJ3 please feel free to post your reasons. Mine was mainly the availability of the two-band super. And obviously the price. But mostly the fact that the PJ3 was impossible to find!

I have a PJ2 in 2-band, and it is my overall favorite brush.

Congrats on the purchase! I have a PJ2 in two-band and it is an excellent brush. I'm sure your going to like it, in both looks and performance.

I initially ordered a Tulip 2 when the Simpson/Vulfix 2-band hair first became available and liked it sooooooooooo much I bought a Persian Jar 2 from the B/S/T. Both brushes are absolutely superb.
