Just grabbed a gold 1940's tech for $10

It's a little cruddy, but not scratched and appears to have all plating.

Will attempt to clean/polish it and post before/after pics =o)

Should compliment the SS really well on days I want a milder shave or want to cut in tight.

Be sure to concentrate on cleaning and less on polishing.
