Hi all, I need the collective expertise of this fine, knowledgeable community. I just received this strop in the mail that I got off of the BST, and it's my first strop other than the poor man's strop I got from Larry when I bought the Whipped Dog starter kit. I didn't pay very much for the strop from the BST, and I'm wondering if it is any good at all? It's got some sort of logo on it that I have never seen before, and I thought maybe you guys would be able to tell me what I have on my hands. Close up of the logo:

It doesn't look like anything special, but the buyer assured me that many people like it. I'm kind of skeptical, but I'd like to offer a big thank you to the B&B community for all of the help you've given me over the past few months. If any of you have a strop with this logo, I will take it off your hands so that you don't have to be burdened with what is clearly an inferior product. I'll even cover shipping.

Seriously though - thank you all for your help and advice while I was pondering the first strop. Thanks to you, I decided to be patient and wait for the strop I wanted rather than get my strop fix and still buy the one I wanted later. The strop in the picture above was purchased from Jon (Raithskar); it's a 2.5" English Bridle strop with linen component and paddle handles. I tried it for the first time this morning...wowza...this strop just exudes quality and invests the bearer with pride of ownership.
And to Jon...I knew I got a great deal when I PM'ed "I'll take it!!!", but my goodness...I had to call the fire department yesterday when I saw what a smokin' hot deal you gave me!
