Jeris Hair Tonic and Osage Rub the same?

I ordered Osage Rub and received Jeris Hair Tonic. Are they the same thing?

No NO NO!!! Osage Rub is a menthol bomb of an aftershave, I don't know how the Jeris Hair Tonic smells, but I don't think it has ANY menthol in it at all. Also, there are 2 kinds of Jeris, I believe--with and without oil. If you've got the type with oil it would be a real mess on your face.

Nope, totally different. Osage is high octane menthol, total iceberg effect after shaving. I love it.

Kind of Vick's vapor rub-like. Jeris is nice, sort of powder-like in smell. I have the non-oil one -- the "with oil" Jeris is too slick for me.

The pain continues I ordered this stuff though a store called Goodman's. I notified them of the mistake and they shipped another bottle to me. I received it today...it's another bottle of Jeris Hair Tonic!

OUCH!! Those guys obviously don't even know what they're stocking. If I were you, I'd just ask for a refund and cut your losses--it sounds like things could get ugly fast. I would then use said refund to purchase some of that frosty O Rub from one of our esteemed vendors. These guys know the difference between Jeris and O Rub for sure, and their prices are competitive (ask about a B&B discount as well).

Yeah, I agree. I had fantastic luck with Atlanta Beauty Supply -- great prices, best shipping rates that I could find, and quick service. I'll be going back to them.

I got a refund from Amazon and re-ordered from another company (which has shipped already) but I had to pay $5 more. It should be worth it but it's just the principle of the thing you know I'm still out $5 over the advertised price.

Maybe I'll actually get to try this product out by Monday!

oh good lord... sorry to hear it became such a debacle, seems like a pretty easy issue to get right but I guess you never know!

I think the problem is they don't actually have Osage Rub! Now they aren't listed as carrying it on Amazon's Marketplace. I just received a bottle in the mail today from another source...it's like Vick's Vaporub on your face

I like it. It's different that's for sure.
