I had to write a plug for this product after using it for the first time. I will not write a full review, one already exists. This is a lightly scented clear product that goes on very easily. Very soothing to the face, and while slightly tacky (aloe vera based), the tackiness does not last long. Neither does the scent, and it won't interfere with your A/S or cologne.
I used this after an alum block wipe down, then a fresh water rinse. I put this on and waited a few minutes for it to dry and splashed on the Clubman Bay Rum. This product shields the skin from most of the alcohol burn of the bay rum. I paid $5.00 for an 8 oz. bottle at Vitacost. Seeing as you use about a dime size amount, this bottle should easily last a year. For the money, this is a hands down winner for me. I like it so much that I would recommend it to anyone just starting wet shaving. The fact that you can use it and then go with an alcohol based A/S afterward is a huge plus. Try this stuff!
