I think they've had them for awhile. It's a pricey convenience option. I try to pay less than $7 for ten Personna blades. One of the local grocery stores sells this same pack with their Top Care branding for $2.19. But it's nice to know they're there in case of emergency.

Personna Reds can be found as quite a few different house brands. Ive seen Meijer and Kroger sell them as their house brand. They arent what I would call cheap or even really a good value but if you are in a pinch and need some blades, the option is there.
I bought some because I noticed they were made in Israel, but they don't shave as smoothly as my Israeli Reds. YMMV
