Is this a Brazilian goodwill? LC or SC?

Looks to be a Brazil version of a New Short Comb with Common Bar handle. Nice shaver and good score. It should clean up nicely. Could be a version of Goodwill though. Top cap photos would help.

That's a New version of the Goodwill.
The diamond shaped posts which go through the middle of the razor blade,
have been pushed through the bottom of the base plate.
That's the distinguishing characteristic.
It looks like New Short Comb more than New Long comb,
but I really can't tell.

The other major variation of the Goodwill is the Old Type.
In the Old Type Goodwill the diamond posts have been riveted through the holes
in the Old Type base plate.

In both the regular New Short Comb and the regular New Long Comb,
the top cap has a projection which goes through the razor blade
down into a groove in the base plate.

but I really can't tell.

I think you are right about the SC version. The patent imprints are centred on the baseplate just like the regular SC has.
