It's the only SE I haven't tried yet, I'm not bothered one way or the other about it being a TTO just the extra weight it may bring.
Is there much love for the bullet tip?

By far my favorite Micromatic. Just find it smoother than the Clog-Pruf or the Open Comb.
Too mild for me, but YMMV! I prefer the OCMM.
I'm a bullet tip fan. I wrote a post about it some months back.

99% of the time when I use an SE I use a G-Bar.
If not the G-Bar then the Bullet Tip.

The Flying Wing is my least favorite Micromatic model to use, but it is really cool looking!

I really like my bullet tip. Great shaver and looks awesome.
Flying Wing Bullet Tips are fine SE Razors... Not in my top 3 SE's but definitely smooth while also pretty darn effective.It's one of my auto-pilot razors....Nice shave with no drama even if I'm barely awake.What's comfortable for me is holding the handle about 3/4 of the way towards the top.
I have the Micromatic OC, Clog-Pruf, Heavy Flat Top and the Flying Wing. The Flying Wing (Bullet Tip) is my favorite Micromatic. The one thing I don't like is that the handle can be a little slippery because of the ridges running lengthwise on the handle. I wish it had a couple of ridges running perpendicular sideways to help with the traction. It shaves outstandingly however. In fact, by coincidence I shaved with one this morning!
