Is It Possible to Denature Alcohol at Home?

You can get 99.98% denatured ethanol...
Its not that ethanol absorbs moisture. Its that an ethanol water mix becomes an azeotrope at 96% and cannot be separated any further by distillation so some other method must be used to get that last 4%
