Irisch Moos Has Changed My Mind

Over a year ago I stopped using creams. I went strictly to soaps. Why? I just liked soaps better. Last week I went to Merz at the Palmer House in Chicago. One goal was to introduce three of my friend's teenaged nephews to wet shaving. There, I grabbed a Vulfix badger brush and, figuring a cream would be easier to lather--a tube of Irisch Moos for them. Back at the ranch I was showing them how to make a lather and the Irisch Moos blew me away...both the quality of the lather and the scent. Well, I am no longer a soap only guy. I immediately ordered a tube of Irisch Moos and it was waiting for me when I arrived home today. Is it true this soap might be in danger?

+1 Went with my SO while on vacation in May. All I got was a cream and an ASB. Then I went to the Lincoln location..... I ended up coming back with a Feather AC.... I would be poor but very cleanly shaven if I lived around there.

I really like the Irish Moos cream... Leave my shaving brush hung in the blind cord to let dry and all my room is scented with Irish Moos.
Usually use it on Mondays to have a nice week and day start.

I have a full tube of Irisch Moos, as I thought I would like it based on the description. It will be getting used as soon as I finish off one of my other soaps/creams.

When my friend in Germany asked what I wanted brought to me in the US from there, I said the IM cream. She reported that the IM section in her local Muller drugstore was picked over and almost empty, with very little stock of any IM item, and only one tube of shaving cream.....Let's hope for the best with IM.....

Guess I need to give the Moos a try right away them. It would be bitter sweet that IM becomes a new favorite and I can't get it anymore. This way if I like it, I can stock up.





Just out of curiousity. Does anyone know how long Irisch moos and Tabac cream lasts in the tube brfore it starts to go bad?
