Injector Type O

I have been looking for quite a while, trying to locate a type o injector. I believe I have one located in Japan, but wanted to know how the shave differed from earlier models like the type L I am currently using. Ironically, I had a type o and used it regularly until five years or so ago, when I inexplicably lost it. I wasn't into wetshaving at that time, so I want to get it back. Anyone with type o usage as well as context for comparison greatly appreciated.

You probably have more experience with it than almost anyone else here. I've heard it's milder than its predecessors.

I recently bought one from another B&B member, and have shaved with it the past two days, which is too short experience for a full review yet.

The good part is that I got a fantastic shave both times, easily as good as any other injector I've used.

A word of caution, though. That was with one of the two twin injector blades that came with it, two blades stacked on top of each other with a thin spacer. This razor will take the standard single blades, also. Just eyeballing the blade gap to the bottom blade, I have to wonder if it will be milder when I move over to the singles. I do have a lot of vintage blades ordered, which includes an 8 pack of the Twins, but they won't last forever.

Anyway, maybe it will be great with the single blades, too, but I won't find out for a while.

[Edit] Context for comparison? My favorite injectors out of the easy to get models are probably the types E, G, and J. Types L and N were a bit milder than I liked. I'm thinking of trying a twin blade in the L and N to see if it makes a difference with them.

I find the type-O to be a mild shaver, with great ergonomics. It almost feels like a cartridge razor when shaving.
