What's new

I'm a sucker for ToBS creams . . .

I've got Shaving Shop, Sandalwood and Mr. Taylors (although I wasn't too keen on this, must try it again) and I've just ordered Avocado, Rose and a sample of St. James.

Me too.... I have St. James, Mr. Taylor, Jermyn St., Lavender, Unscented, and Eton College. Mr. Taylor is my favorite scent. All of them perform wonderfully.

I got mine last week definitely worth it to check out the scents without having a dozen tubs, some of which you don't like, hanging around your house forever. So far Eton College is my favourite!

You can check Fendrihan.com for a 12-scent TOBS sampler. Mine is supposed to be here Monday..can't wait
Yeah, because I'm really likely to buy an English product from Canada and have it shipped back to England!
I hope you enjoy your sample pack, I'm looking forward to my new creams arriving early next week :thumbup1:

I'm just starting out on my first tub of Eton College, love the scent. I'll probably be trying Avocado and Mr. Taylor in the future.

Some high-street retailers sell (or give away) small sample-sized containers of creams on request. I know Truefitt and Hill does, I would suspect Taylor's would as well, may be worth a call and a trip into London if they do.

I have to jump on the band wagon here. I have Eton, Avocado, and Lavender and I love them all. The Lavender does have a citrusy note to it which I find kind of odd. Still a pleasing scent though.

I really like both the Jermyn St and the Avocado. The Avocado was great when I tried the sampler on a really hot day a couple of months ago, it really cooled me down and refreshed my skin. It was a nice feeling after scraping the sweat and grime of the day off my face with a razor blade, so it's stuck in my mind. They were both great performers, and the Jermyn still gets regular use from me. I'm hanging out to try the Eton, but I have too many soaps and creams at the moment.

I really want to try the Avocado. Have yet to try any cream from TOBS. I can get Sandalwood and Lavender from Art of Shaving (which are really great) so I would be looking to get something different. I keep hearing great things about the Avocado. The Almond and Rose sound really good too.

I just picked up a tub of rose myself the other day. Rose and lavender are the only ones I've tried, but I've decided ill always have at least a small tube of both. And the price compared to Trumper's is just too good to pass up.

i have those you cant go wrong:) avocado reminds me of fresh cut grass and cucumber.
mr taylos no so sure of the smell but ymmv have you tried shaving shop?

I had another go with Mr. Taylor's this weekend and it's not as bland as I originally thought. I still prefer Shaving Shop though.

The new ones I ordered should be with me in the next couple of days so I'm looking forward to that but tomorrow is Monday so I'll be using Old Spice all the way through.

I am a huge fan of ToBS. I have Eton college, Lavander, Shaving Shop, Mr. Taylors, Lemon Lime and have had the Rose. I have backups of most of them. My favorite creams. Especially the Eton College.

The tubs of Avocado and Rose arrived this morning and the scents in the tubs are a little 'meh' but the sample of St. James I also bought smells fantastic in the little jar.

I expect that Avocado and Rose will improve as they're lathered and if St. James gets any better then it'll be an out and out winner.

Just used Jermyn St for the first time today. Wonderful shave. I am still basking in the aroma 4 hours later. Awaiting judgement on the "sensitive" skin designation until until after a couple of days use and monitor how my neck reacts to whatever the scent base is. Luxury so far. Might get brave and venture out into other flavors in time.
