I had a chance to try this stuff out yesterday and thought it was some pretty incredible stuff. Anyone have experience with it?

Depending on the say anyone would ask, it is at or near the top of my favorites list.....great scent!
Is "indole" the name of a scent by a particular scentmakeer or are we talking about the essential oil or manufactured scent note "indole"?
If the former, who makes it?

I think he means Idole by Lubin
It's kind of a high end, niche version of a bay rum in some ways. Also a sandalwood scent. It's pretty well regarded that I can tell. I gave it a very brief sniff and it didn't grab me, but I don't say that as a knock.
Should test wear it, but I have my own issues with sandalwood scents.

The very same. I have no experience with colognes at all so I couldn't speak to the scent in specifics, but I found it somewhat sweet smelling but very masculine. Really just fantastic stuff, IMO.

That was created for Lubin by one of the "super star" perfume designers. It's highly regarded by many folks, but it's the kind of scent that misses the mark for some guys.
Don't worry about the notes. If you like it, wear it.
I wasn't a fan. It was a bit too mushy/convoluted.
I had a sample on hand. It was unique but it felt like it was designed by a large committee or the equivalent to Gumbo soup. I think the same about Amouage jubilation. Like Gumbo I like them mostly during really cold winter evenings.
