ID this razor please.

Just got my hands on this razor. Anyone know what it is?

It looks something like a flare-tip Super Speed, but the knurling on the knob is atypical. Maybe a Soviet clone, or something from Gillette Argentina?

Are there any markings under the head, or inside the head? Clear photos of those might help.
