I've been fooling around with straights for 8 or 10 months on again off again (by that I mean try to shave a few strokes and quit for a while try a pass and quit). Didn't think it was for me. I just couldn't get past the over the top cool factor so 3 weeks ago I went all in and started shave straight only. Well for the week or so I've been getting DFS++ darn near BBS. I have to admit that it's everything you guys said it was, close, long lasting, irritation free and just pleasurable beyond belief. I liked DE's but straights, what can I say that hasn't been said? I know I have a ways to go to reach perfection but it's a nice ride. Only thing is I have contracted SAD, bad. Thanks for that.
I know I didn't post about it or ask any questions on the board but I was reading and learning from them fine folks here and I want to thank you all for being out there. This is fun. Who says a 60 yr. old can't learn new skills? Will learning to hone have the same learning curve?
