I Robbed Allen Edmunds

Tonight, though I live not too far away, I drove to the Allen Edmunds factory store in Port Washington. I already own a black pair of Park Aves and a Walnut pair of 5th Aves, but I wanted another pair of black shoes since I tend to wear that color the most.

I had a wonderful experience at the store, and I was helped every step of the way by a nice gentleman named Nate. I knew there was a sale going on, but I did not realize it applied to factory seconds. With that in mind, I asked Nate if there happened to be a pair of Jeffersons from the Independence Collection, in Black, in my size. He returned with a pair of seconds that have one minor dent in the heel (about 1/16 of an inch). I loved the looks of them, so I took them for the grand sum of $259. I love this place.

I have a couple pairs that I got from there myself. I love that store. Too bad everyone doesn't have one near by.

The Shoebank in Port Washington is great!! I have been there many times and always was treated perfectly! They make you feel like family!

Nathan helped me over the phone. I got my shoes this week: Clifton burgundy and Park Avenue black. They are both beautiful, especially the Clifton. I just want to now order Strands and Del Ray in the future then a couple loafers in the summer and I should be set.

Just made the trip down to the store.... I am now $209 poorer....what a great place with awesome customer service.

Nice looking shoes. I need to get some better dress shoes. Are these shoes very comfortable to wear all day?

I think AE shoes are very nice to wear all day, but I have not owned uber fancy shoes.
