I will preface this post by saying I've been learning my coti for a few months now, but I hone so infrequently that I'm still not all that proficient.
I've been trying and trying to get the dilucot method to work on my Satinedge, but no matter what I do the edge will not shave me. I've been trying the dilucot because something inside me just doesn't like the idea of using tape to hone; it's not quite as pure to me somehow....
Anyway, I caved last night and tried the unicot. Wouldn't you know it, first try I got a razor that shaved my beard like butter.
I guess I'm a believer now.
