I believe it is just a rating system members can use to indicate the threads a good read or not. Its not used by enough members to make it a useful feature

On the blue bar above your first post, on the right part of the screen, there are menu choices. One of them is "Rate This Thread", which is where the stars come from.
Wow. I guess I need to study all of the ends and outs of this forum. I also frequent a form for vintage watches where so many people are extremely confrontational. There was even a guy who posted (for the whole world to see) the full name, home address and email address of someone he was seeking a reference check on. I can only imagine how the seller dealt with that one. This is a great form where everyone is so helpful. Happy shaving. David
I knew there was a rating system but where exactly are they displayed? Maybe it's my browser but I don't see anything unless I actually click on "Rate this thread."
