After the last few weeks of using something other than an Injector, I found myself wondering, "I wish this shave were as close, as safe, and as effortless as an Injector." Some shaves were really close, but ripped my face to ribbons. Others left no irritation, but also left more stubble on my face than when I started.
I am not lying or exaggerating when I say that I've never had a bad shave with any Injector. (Barring that one time a new soap gave me a bad rash. Should've tested the arm-skin first.)
So, I've decided to do something about it and have been selling off my non-Injector collection.
I'm down to one DE left, though it's a doozy (a Fatip) and one SE (the G-Bar). When I eventually run out of blades for them, I will be selling them off too.
Now I get to decide if I want to walk on the wild side (E-type or Adjustable fully open) or just get cleaned-up quickly in the morning (Hydro-magic, Stick Schick, N-type).
If it weren't for the Injector-philes here who turned me on to the over-looked redheaded stepchild of traditional wetshaving, I would have never have known that such a perfect shave could be had so easily.
