Humphrey's Witch Hazel

If you liked that Clubman post above, you may like this one also.

Humphrey's Organic Botanicals offers a few (4?) flavors of enhanced Witch Hazel at very attractive prices. I opted for 8oz bottle Witch Hazel&Jasmine Sensitive Skin Therapy Alchohol Free Hydrating Toner at only $4.61. Want free shipping? All you need is an order over $5.00 total! Sooo I included a 2oz sampler size of Cucumber Melon Witch Hazel Redness Reducing Toner at (get this) 85 cents.

This brought my order over the $5 minnie and I did get free shipping. Wait...there's more.

The Cucumber Melon IS very soothing, each of their products lists many ingredients like chamomile, lavender, aloe, fruit extracts, white tea & etc...

Oh, by the way, my no shipping order came with a mail in rebate form hanging on the large bottle for a "Try Me Free" rebate on the purchase price!

So no shipping and looks like no cost. Hmmm. I think I like that deal. What next... the lady on the bottle puts down those branches and pats the stuff on my face for me?

Awesome!

The Hydrating Toner is soooooo amazing. It is the best smelling item in my shave den. Simply incredible!!! I use Dickinson's Witch Hazel, then splash on a little Hydrating Toner. A little goes a long way. Mine is half way full, and I've used it for about 6 months.

Thanks for the link.

Alrighty, I will bite. For $5.50 it is worth the chance and if they send the rebate to me, shoot for a buck its worth it even more. Thanks for the heads up!!!

Humphrey's is an old witch hazel products company like Thayer's and Dickinson's and like them, outstanding; they wouldn't have stayed in business that long on the strength of their advertising alone.

I've got it in my cart now for $4.61 and free shipping w/o even a minimum of $5!

Wait a minute...
If the 8 oz is $4.61 and the 2 oz is only $0.85, then...
4 x 2 oz = 8 oz and 4 x 0.85 = $3.40...

Am I missing something?
I might get samples of everything they have, but I guess the really big deal is if you get a rebate so it's free...

Interesting...

OK, my bad...
Minimum not reached for free shipping... I spoke too soon...

Joe.

You can get Humphrey's Witch Hazel through iherb.com.

It's a convenient on-line store, specially for us Europeans and overall international users, since they ship worldwide! Also nice low shipping rates, for both US and international.

Plus, if you have a coupon code, you'll get a nice USD$ 5.00 discount on your first order, without any minimum purchase value (first time users only). Feel free to use this one: EMA957. It works! :thumbup1:

Thanks for posting this. I decided to order the Jasmine stuff and the 85 cent cucumber redness reducing facial toner--same order as the OP. Even at the higher price, I do love the smell of Jasmine and I've never tried Witch Hazel before.

At the higher price, the total for these two items was $7.28 shipped.

I ordered 6 x 2 oz = 12 oz of Witch Hazel Redness Reducing Facial Toner, Cucumber & Melon
at a cost of 6 x 0.85 = $5.10 shipped.

Seems like a great deal and nice size for travel, too.
(I just hope I like them now that I ordered them)

You're welcome. The sheet music in the photo is "Jeepers Creepers". Posted a swell deal on Pinaud Clubman & used..."Sentimental Journey".

If I ever graduate to high-line brands like some of the gents maybe I should use Dvorak or at least Gershwin...

Hate to break the news, but after you get it, you will still have never tried witch hazel.

The jasmine stuff is not witch hazel, although it has witch hazel in it. You can get witch hazel for a few bucks at a drug store. After I use witch hazel, I use the jasmine stuff, which is amazing. BTW, I paid $10.99 for the jasmine stuff at a B&M store.

I received mine today!

Feels very good on my skin after my shave and not a very pronounced scent.
Scent dissipated on my face in about 20-30 minutes (per my wife).

At least I don't have to worry about vegetarian women chasing me down the street after the scent of cucumber.
