How's the weather?

Just checking to see if anyone else is as miserable as we are. -13 here (and yes, that is below zero)! To make matters worse, the wind chill is going to kick in and push us to about -30. We have been below zero all week. I'm sure going to hate to see my gas bill this month

I'm sorry, I forgot to say the temperature I am referring to is Fahrenheit. I never understood why America refused metrification . And for the record, I'm severely jealous of your temps! At least MN summers prove to be the best in the U.S. for that perfect temperature...

we're 20F here in Connecticut , snowed some last night , we were in Crested Butte, Colorado for a week a few years ago & it was -25F before factoring in the wind - dry mountain cold , shoes crunch & squeak on the snow , pavement totally covered with hard packed snow & it was neat to see people riding studded bicycles .

11F is the high temp here in Buffalo, NY with a good 20mph wind that is giving the a -20F wind chill, so the "real feel" is -9F. It was a balmy 4F with a 16mph wind and felt like -12 on my morning bicycle commute. Good times.

Its 19 degrees here in Southampton, NJ, with wind out of the East at 7mph. Weatherbug predicts it will get up to 25 today, but here it is 4:07pm and I don't believe that. They also predict it going down to 10 degrees tonight. THAT I believe.

It snowed a little last night. Just enough to cover the lawn and the cars, but didn't stick to the sidewalks or streets. Most of it has melted by now, although I don't know how, since it hasn't been above freezing all day.

That's the problem with living in Chicago's western suburbs - it's always colder than near the lake. Here in Old Town, my thermometer goes all the way up to 11.
