How does one protect GEM Jr. fat handled finish?

What's the best care that can be done for a gold GEM Jr. fat handled whose finish is showing a little staining and a little more serious greening on the side?

It is wiped and dried thoroughly after each use, but I'm beginning to seeing staining where it wasn't before.

Any polish, wax, treatment to keep it going and going?

Are there face-safe oils that are good for protecting metal too?

No matter what I do, stains seem to be appearing slowly.

Any hints?

This must be the official lonliest thread..... sigh.

Good news is I solved it. If anyone has this same issue of staining GEM Jr.'s try MAAS polish. It is outstanding.

Follow the directions precisely, and you will be amazed.
