How Do You "Sift" Through Ebay?

How do you sift through the thousands of straights on ebay? There are too many to look at. I did successfully find a nice straight by searching simply for "Solingen" and two nice Red Tip DE's by searching for "safety razors." I know when someone does not know what the Gold Edge or the Red Tip they have is, they might list it under a generic name. Then you have a buried treasure many might not find because they are searching for the specific name.

How do you go through all of the listings just to not miss that Puma at the end no one has noticed? Or do you just ignore ebay and look in the BST?

I just type in "vintage straight razor" and go from there.

I just search straight razor and scroll... Most of the time, I look for specific brands, not just razors...

i search for specific brands or search for straight razor and look through the razors ending within 3 days.

If you're not looking for something specific, then you just have to work on a volume basis. Searchng for mis-spellings and mis-descriptions can help you find something that might slip under the radar, but otherwise you need to churn through page after page hoping to get a good hit.
