That's a Wapi, from around the 70's. When they first popped up on the scene they were very cheap, like almost GD cheap. But the thing was, they are actually a fairly well made razor, and once the word got out the price steadily increased as the stockpiles decreased.
The price for that one is pretty reasonable, at today's rate. They are a pretty good shaver, by all accounts.

Wow... I remember many years ago buying my first Wapi dirty cheap. The metal scales were scary, they were gone as soon as I got it.
Good razor to start out with. I learned a lot from that razor and I will never get rid of it!!
from what I read these razors were from the 1980's Polish army used em..sapposidly
It has a very good steel.
