honey scented shaving soap?

Have you ever used Perlier's honey scented products? Particularly the shower gel...?

It is FANTASTIC. Awesome. Great.

I want a honey scented shaving soap - (Sues? Can you hear me?)

I've tried Mama Bear's Good Morning Honey soap - to me it seems to be mostly almond scented. Nice, but not honey enough....


Can anyone steer me to a real honey scented shaving soap? (Or cream, even?)

If any of the Sues would like a dollop of Perlier to try to replicate in her soap, scent-wise, please PM me & I'll send you a sample.

The Geram artisanal soapmaker Calani offers Highland Honey shaving soap which is the closest I've found to the scent of true honey. It's an FO soap, with other notes, but the aroma of honey is unmistakable. There also exceptionally good soaps performance wise, and deserve to be better known.

Yeah, this is good stuff, but to my sniffer, the almond is stronger than the honey....

these look interesting - I don't read German very well... are these soaps available from anyone in the States?

To the best of my knowledge they are only available direct from the manufacturer. How ever the proprietress speaks perfect English, better than many of countrymen in fact, and is very helpful. Shipping to me in the UK, from Germany, was about 6 EUR which is pretty reasonable considering what some continental vendors want to send items to England.
