Help with any information on this?

Does anyone know any information on what this is? My wife picked it up at a local flea market. She thought it was a doll house razor, but the size is a little larger than those she found.
It measures 1 1/2 inches long and the head is 3/4 inches across.
It is a 3 piece, open comb, with a gold tone finish. It all fits in the small case which is just over an inch in length.

I would guess that it is some sort of cosmetic razor for women, perhaps an eyebrow razor.

Same deal as the Kewtie razor for women, likely for mowing down the moustache, or other facial hair.

It is hard to believe how small they are until you see one in person.

They didn't make smaller mustache trimmers for men then too? You'd think if they made those they could market it to men looking for a smaller razor to trim with. I know they tried to market the regular razors for trimming as well though.

Thank you for all the help. We thought it maybe a moustache trimmer as well, but had never seen one like this. Whatever it is, it will be certainly be a conversation piece in our collection.
