Help pick a brush

Checklist
1. Edwin Jagger Crabtree and evelyn super bader:
Likes: Whips a nice later, soft, holds a good amount of water
Dislikes: A big mop in general terms no scrub to it
Art of shaving starter set brush
Dislikes: does not hold too much water, not dense
Likes: Small, Can give a good scrub to face, exfoliate not too rough
2. I am a bowl latherer, using mostly creams, but I would like it to be as capable in soaps so I can get a few
3. I would like a brush that is very dense, have a light firmness to it for a little scrub on the face but a soft kind of scrub.
4. Nice handle that is not that standard white, cream or black, depends may look at brushes with std handle if the brush in general is nice, bulb shapes, look nice, very dense
5. Budget: I would have to say around 150 maybe 200 if the brush looks good
6. Small to medium, the perfect size I would have to say was the shavemac that joel reviewed http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?ltr=S&t=1605
7. Shavemac brushes seem to tickle my fancy I like there bulb shape, Simpson brushes even though they have the standard handle

I think you need the Rooney Heritage AliBaba size 2

2. It's good for creams bowl lathering, it's good with soap too but I only use it with soap for face lathering.
3. Soft tips and very dense, more dense than normal because it's the Heritage line. It's slightly scrubby but more soft and luxurious, maybe not scrubby enough for you?
4. Comes in the rooney striped white, and imitation horn. More flat than bulb shaped but has a nice handle.
5. Under 200, if you get smaller or different hair it's cheaper

I've got the same EJ brush and it's a massive mop, but good with warm lather in winter, but not my favorite daily use. I enjoy the Alibaba a lot, it's a good go to brush for me which I rotate with my stubby as the workhorses of my brushes.

Custom Shavemac in Finest. See my signature below. You'll get an interesting handle shape/color (whatever you want from Shavemac's website), and you can specify the knot and loft dimensions to suit your taste. It'll be under $100 if you get a 19mm to 21mm knot.
