Help Me Pick Some Summer Wingtips

I have a nice pair of dark brown cap toes and oxblood wingtips that I wear in the fall and winter and would like to find a pair of light brown wingtips for summer. I'll be wearing them with either a light grey, navy or tan suit or maybe some nice linen pants or nice jeans for a dress casual occasion. These pictures are actually a little darker than the shoes on display in the store. Which of the shoes below do you guys like the best? Anyone familiar with Magnanni shoes? I'm leaning that direction but I do not have much information on the brand.

Beautiful shoes and the quality of AE can't be beat. I have a pair of JM white suede wingtips that I love in the summer. They go great with linen or seersucker.

The first pair (labeled "AE Bel Air Oxford") strike me as being more flexible between suit and casual. The last two are a little more formal.

No idea about the brand.

The AE were my choice before I saw they were AEs. After noticing, they're definitely my choice.

I'd go with the Bel Air. It is a beautiful shoe (looks even better in person) and will definitely go great with a pair of dark jeans or a suit. The last pair looks cheap.

My vote is for theBel Air Oxford. The McAlister look too busy. I am not familiar with the last brand. Yep, Bel Air Oxford.

Our local Nordstrom stocks the Magnanni brand. I tried their loafers and found them remarkably comfortable. I ended up going in a different direction, but the sales person helping me had high praise for them. With Nordstrom's return policy, I tend to accept their recommendations.

I didn't end up buying them. I ended up with some old stock (a season old, but they looked current to me) Pliners that were the same price.

Yeah, I like buying at Nordstroms because of their selection and return policy. I'm looking for a very light tan, British Tan I believe its called. There are several other brands at the store that are not pictured on their website.

Thanks for the info on the Magnanni, I prefer their styling to the other two. A mix of modern and traditional styling but unsure about their quality.

Another idea is some suede wingtips for the summer:

I've wore out three pair of Doc Marten Wingtips.

It's always the sole that goes. :mad3:

They tend to look great with anything casual, jeans to business casual.

Congrats on the Pliners. Wear them well. :thumbup1:

Do people acually wear those? I'm a fan of wingtips but not wingtip sneakers
I don't personally wear those, nor do I like the look of them, but I have seen people wear them. Not sure I understand the reference to a sneaker. These are very un-sneaker like with a 360 degree welted lugged sole. If anything they have a sort of boot look.

What about a pair of saddle shoes for summer? I'd post pictures, but there are way too many to choose from. You can dress them down or up to business casual.
