Help identify recent flea market acquisition

Hi,
Anyone has any information on the razor I just got?
Found it in a flea market. Sorry for the poor photos quality, hope the name is readable enough.
Any ideas?

There were a few folding travel razors out in the 20's and 30's. The most common are the Bigelow and Parkin

Got some info on Reddit from /u/kwonza :
A wild guess - it says Военторг ЛенВО.
Военторг is a kind of shop in Russia and USSR where they sell merchendise for the army like uniforms, belt buckels and stuff.
ЛенВО I guess is Ленинградский Военный Округ - army is divided by military districs this one is around the city of St. Peterburg - former Leningrad.

It says it right on the description from Waits
