What's new

Hello, my name is Tannhauser, and I am a Cellaholic

I love Cella. I don't shave with it every day, but I do find myself thinking about it's scent at times, and I have been known to wander into the bathroom and open the little red tub for a whiff. Anybody else feel the same way, about Cella or a different soap?

sure,, but not cella. just finishing it up here soon enough. idk,, just has no smell. its like its plastic or something artificial. too many other soaps out there to mess around with this one again. still need to try MWF and tabac.

+1

I do the same and I am not ashamed to admit it!:biggrin1:

I'm also a Cellaholic. It probably gets more use than everything else in my rotation combined, and that rotation includes stuff like Tabac, MWF, Arlington and Razorock. Provides a great shave everytime and the smell is amazing.

Cella survivalist: I feel more secure in life knowing that I have slices of my 1000 ml slab of Cella stored safely away in ziplock bags in the dark recesses of a drawer in my office at work.

Cella is definitely on my list of soaps to try. I scented some VDH with almond, which smelled great, but I have only heard good things about Cella.

I have not calculated it precisely, but I think I have something like 3K shaves with Cella under my belt.

Cella is definitely on my short list of soaps to try! Can't wait till I have a little more funds available for this particular AD

After finishing 3 red tubs of Cella I have become a Cellaholic. My other favorite soap Tabac has become lonely.

I think my next purchase will be a brick of Cella.

Nothing softens my beard like Cella

I just got a sample of Cella from Garry last week, and after the first shave I immediately ordered a 125g slice from the brick.

Smells great, lathers wonderfully with my B&B Essential Boar, and I'm getting the closest shaves of my life -- what's not to love?

I have made 2013 into my Year of D R Harris. I will use a Harris soap (currently Almond) each day when I shave at home and I recently purchased a couple of Harris Shave Sticks so that I can use their soap when on the road as well.

Whilst I hear ya about Cella....... Harris sings from my bathroom.

Cella certainly sets the standard when it comes to Italian shaving soaps. I do enjoy Vitos, Proraso and of course my beloved RazoRock soaps, but I am always judging their performance against that of Cella.

Also, I do very much enjoy the scent of Cella and do occasionally sneak a whiff, but I am by no means an addict.

I have dedicated my Saturday shaves to Cella. I fondly refer to them as Cella Saturdays. Just one more reason to look forward to the weekend!

Tannhauser: As a side note, I love your nickname!

"You people wouldn't believe the things I have seen. I have seen attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I have seen C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. All these memories will be lost. Like tears in the rain. Time to die."
