I just came upon this website in GERMAN. However, the online catalogue of Gillette razors is pretty awesome and in ENGLISH. I just visited to ascertain that I indeed had purchased an English-made Rocket from 1952-54 and a President.

If you want to identify your razor, especially Gillettes, this could be among the best free resources for accomplishing it.

Several hundred times. I was just surprised a long time, veteran member has never heard of Achim or his site.

Don't be hard on Ted guys. I learned about Mantic many months after I started wet-shaving. I could saved a lot of irritation. I bet it's more exciting finding Mr. Razor's site now, kinda like going to Disney or something like that for the first time.

Achim's web site should only be visited with extreme caution, especially by anyone with a severe case of RAD. I find it the best resource I've seen for identifying Gillette razors.

Thanks for your protection. I just did not ever have an identification issue until this week. I'm afraid to ask people if they know that the entire Gillette Collector's book is on CD for $20. Imagine the reaction that will get!
