Not sure where its made. I found it on Amazon, but it's offered on a few other sites (Walmart, etc.)

It's made in Tennessee by the Perfume Factory. I bought a bottle only from the guy a few years ago. It's sold on Amazon last I checked; all are $21.99. the Vetiver has a very good review. I still have his phone #.
