Yes. I don't have any before/after shots. But one shoe had grown lighter than the other. They were able to re-dye the leather and restretch it. Looked near brand new. Close to what it looks after a few weeks of wearing it.
I have used them three times and I would not hesitate to them again. They send you the before and after pictures, I will see if I still have the email from my McAllisters
I havnt used Allen Edmunds but I had a couple of pairs of Johnston Murphy wingtips that I had restored by JM. Both are well-worn 15 year-old shoes and for about $80 each they were restored to near new condition....good for another 15 yrs.
