Handles

Does anyone here turn their handles on a lathe ?
I'm thinking about getting out my small lathe that I use to turn wax for jewelry design and do a little wood turning with a brush handle in mind.

I think that's a great idea. If it works out you should also be able to get solid plastic/resin blanks you could turn.
