Hand strop Astra blades?

I like Astra blades in my EJ89L, but it seems that I always get better, more comfortable shaves after the second shave. Will hand stropping the blades before I use them help this along? If so, how many passes per side?

I would cork them instead. Just run each side lightly through a piece of cork. A couple of times per side.

I have heard that, but I'm in Korea and I'm not sure how to get some cork to try.

Do they sell wine or champagne anywhere in Korea? (Really not a snide remark, I don't know how things work there). If so, just finish the wine/champagne and there ya go...just don't shave immediately afterwards.

I'm sure you can find some styrafoam. Use that. The really dense packing foam works well, but a few trips through the edge of an ordinary cup should do the trick.
