Gym Bag Essentials

i keep a timer (for in between sets) since the clocks are sometimes not visible.

i would use my fat gripz, but the dumbbels at the gym i go to are like these:

and i can't fit the fat gripz over them. but at least i can use them on the oly bar.

i really don't need any of that stuff on the list, i go to the gym and i go home after i'm done. i shower before and after i go.

The only time when i carry more things is when i train jiu jitsu/mma: Gi, headgear, gloves, shinguards

Hmmm, I go home before going to the gym to drop my dog off so I change before I head out. If I'm running my bag has headphones, running shoes, iPhone arm band, a towel, and my armband. If I'm swimming, a towel, my goggles, and lib balm. If I'm cycling I carry a bit more chamois cream, two bottles, power snack, shoes, helmet, sunglasses, and red blinker.

Who needs all of that stuff?

Thanks.

Maybe it's my age, but they lost me at the suggestion for Axe

All the other products they recommended seem to be more luxury brands, so the Axe seems seriously out of place. Honestly if you are above the age of 16, you shouldn't be wearing Axe.

If you are a member of this board, and wear Axe, I shake my finger at you in disgust, as you should know better!!

I'm only 28, and I still agree, personally I just go with a fairly inexpensive cologne, but oldspice has a similar product available. Not as good as actual oldspice, but not as bad as axe.
