It has changed my life. I feel like I've grown up since I started. I feel happy to wake up in the morning b/c I know I will shave soon.

A formal welcome to you Gene! I enjoy reading your posts. You've shared your shaving setup, what about your guitar setup? Maybe you could post it in the Speakeasy.

In the speakeasy, everyone jumped all over me and said, "you use WAY too much gear. It's guitar, cord, combo for me."

the truth is, I take portions of this to gigs depending on the application.

Many times it's just:

CAE preamp
VHT power amp
VHT cabinet
+ 2 Ibanez RG550's.

I've seen lots of stuff come and go since I joined B&B in 2006. We are currently in the golden age of shave gear. Not very long ago, your choices were: a vintage gillette or German Zamak. That's it.

Thirteen years to get your HoF post written. :) Great post and I'm glad I saw this, because I've been wondering for a long time - what is your avatar? Every time I see it I get curious.

It's the cover to the Giada De Laurentiis cookbook.
She is absolutely beautiful. I honestly thought it was an album cover from the 60's.

Also: glad you are now in the Hall of Fame. But I can't believe you are 20 years younger than l. You seem older. Hope you don't look my age!

Being in sales has probably done that to me.

FWIW, I did start shaving at about 12 years old. Blue '94 commemorative World Cup Gillette Sensor. Boy, do I wish I still had it!

That’s awesome. There really is something about wet shaving that makes you feel like you’re a big kid now isn’t there lol?!

Don’t get complacent though!
